We want you to be completely satisfied with your logo design purchase. If you are not satisfied with your logo design for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

1. Eligibility:

   • Refunds are only available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
   • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the logo design.

2. Refund Process:

   • You must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Customized logo designs that have been approved by you for final delivery are not eligible for refunds.
   • Refunds will not be issued for logo designs that have already been used or incorporated into your branding materials.

4. Refund Amount:

   • The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price of the logo design.
   • Any additional fees or charges incurred during the purchase process are non-refundable.

5. Payment Method:

   • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Cancellation:

   • Once a refund has been processed, you will no longer have access to the logo design files or any associated materials.
